Parents beat 12-year-old son to death for complaining of hunger

 Police in Lagos State have confirmed two separate cases in which two boys were allegedly beaten to death by their parents.Onyedikachi Mbanozo, 12, was allegedly beaten to death by his father and mother for complaining of hunger.

It was learnt that Mr Paul Obiefule and his wife, allegedly beat the youngster to death at their home at 22, Omitola Street, Agege, Lagos at about 2.30 p.m. on the eve of Children’s Day celebration.
